Youth

Cell group meetings will be held at Pastor Wesley and Esmé Brown's house every Tuesday at 7:00PM. High school seniors thru age 25 are welcome. For more information, please contact Pastor Wesley at 472-2740		At Acquire the Fire God's voice can be heard calling young people to come and FOLLOW HIM. In response, the voice of thousands united in worship OF HIM. Listen to some of our youth and what they thought about this year's event (2008)!

The Middle School Youth Group meets at 6:00PM on Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall under the direction of Pat & Carla Hawkins and Kevin & Pam Hanifan. We average around 26 kids that range in age from 6th to 8th grade. We have a Middle School Girl's Dance Team called Joyful Noise that meets at 7:00PM on Sunday evenings. Activities include a retreat on June 28 in Helvetia, Summer Camp from June 29 to July 4 in Selbyville, and the Revolve Tour for Girls in Columbus, Ohio September 12th and 13th.

Purpose: This life is not about just existing but having something to truly live for. Young people play a vital role in the kingdom of God. The purposes of God must be awakened in their hearts. They as children of God are here to love and be loved by their creator.
	Destiny: We are going somewhere. The journey through youth will shape the adult of the future. It is the desire of God that the lives of teenagers and everyone with a pulse be seasoned with an eternal perspective. We have our eyes focused on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith and his glory, our ultimate end.
		Passion: We live our lives fueled and fired by the reality of Jesus Christ and his love for not only us but the whole world. Driven by his love, we live a life that is truly Christian, in service to God and those around us.
